Safety and Environmental Services (SES): Register of Environmental Legislation 2008

The Register provides an accessible and comprehensive register of the principal environmental legislation that could affect a manufacturing company.

The Register includes summaries of key legislation to help the reader identify the laws which may apply to their organisation.

It will be helpful to companies of all sizes, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It will be particularly useful to those companies conducting an initial environmental review or a compliance audit, and to companies introducing an environmental management system (EMS), whether or not the objective is certification or registration with an EMS standard or scheme.
